Thank you Olivier, and yes we will be making a video. Correct, Mr. Vandenberghe was the dealer who owned it in Sint-Martens-Latem, Belgium. He was a very nice gentleman and beautiful town by the way!

Yes, I still love that shot, which was taken in Sint-Martens near some of the old estates. It was painted the wrong shade at that time...too orange (arancio) instead of Rosso Miura.

I think we can all agree that the color seems to bring out both in people!:D

Miura S 3982 and Miura S 4289 have both had the California Licence Plate "GSV 850" attached to it?

Good observation Steven, evidently both cars had the same owner, at least briefly. "GSV 850" is a California "Legacy plate", available since 2013 and imitates the look of the much-coveted 1960s California black plates. In many circumstances upon the sale/transfer of ownership of a vehicle, special or personalized plates can be retained by the owner and transferred to another vehicle if desired.

As you may know, #3982 was bought at auction early 2013 and sold at the RM Monterey auction the following year. Apparently the seller was also the buyer of #4289 the same year, reassigning his "GSV 850" license plate to that car, before also selling it at auction in 2015.

The screenshots below of #3982 on Sunset Blvd are from an April 2014 YouTube video...

Was there a Miura on the Lamborghini stand at the 1972 London Earls Court Motor Show, and if so, which one was it?

    Split Sump SVJ chassis numbers:

4934, 4990, 5090 and 5084 (assuming the latest information posted in this thread is correct regarding the SVR 3781 really being 5084, and converted to SVR from SVJ 5084, which would certainly have had a split sump engine/transaxle, although HZ said he swapped it for a tuned engine at the factory which is said to be from single sump P400S 4302).

4860 - the only period factory SVJ works-fitted with the long-range 110-liter fuel tank at Hubert Hahne's insentience, therefor a skinny space-saver spare tire was used.

Factory Miura era... SV-J factory conversion

Not really sure that #4934 has a splitsump, I would bet more on a single sump....like for #4860... as the splitsump modification started on #4956 exLandsberg...

I presume that you already saw below Fabrice's table ?

The "less interesting ones" are #4934 & #4990 according to that table.... compared to #4860 and #5090... I have no affiliation.

I saw it, slightly biased IMO, perhaps he forgot to have a table for factory SVJs without dual chassis number identity crises ;)

Yes, I have seen the info on the miura-svj.com web site which states 4934 has a split sump.

SV 4960 production number 666 is said to be the first SV with split sump, although it was delivered later than SV 4956, which is production number 667, one later/higher.

4934, which was the first SVJ, said to be converted from an SV taken from the production line, has a later production number of 678.
