Very. Send him your ign /mounting plate and its harness. You will get it back with every component mounted on your plate. Msd box. Coil and plugs. The plate is bolted true the rear right fenderwell. Remove the right rear blaxk louvers. Then have at it. Only thing i do not care for is its looks (in an old car))wich you can see between the louvers. Will probably fabricate an aluminum cover.

Double check the rev limiter on it. Mine was set very conservative.

Ran my car with the MSD ign today, very crisp and strong , my car always ran very good. But i will say it always favourd the right gear for the right speed. This new ign gave it that extra pulling pick up on lower rpm in a to high of a gear, iow. Going around a corner in 2 nd gear. I will now do in 3 rd with quick response. Very successfull. Thanks to Evans for great service/ quick turn around. (Same day).

Never stops to amaze me, this car. While driving reg cars during my normal work ,bussines time, not thinking a shred of it. Every time i get back in the Countach, it just floors me how nice this car is,Comfy, perfect clutch, pulls strong ,no matter what rpm. It realxes me, a differen world,if you like, step on the throttle, and it moves with no hesitation ,just pulls and pulls, 93 degrees today, ac worked ok,Amazing car,not shure how many are left ,not spoken for,but i will say this, any variant is worth whatever its asking price, run out and buy one, before its to late.

Take care about the fuses, the MSD 7 consumes about 1amp per 1000rpm, if you turn up to 7000 the fuse might burn, since it's combined with the fuel pumps and only 16amps. When I installed MSD's I always changed the fuse to 20amp.

My car is wired from the factory with its own main fuelpump relay /fuse combo located in the Right rear box. The Ign/Fuel pump Relay in the left rear box feeds the timer /trigger Relay wich signals the main fuelpump Relays in the right box. The actual Pump power pos feed is fused on the main fuel pump Relays in the right rear box. Looks cluttered in the flesh, but once traced ,pretty simple, also the ign coil orange wire keeps the timer trigger Relay activated,,no puls(dist not turning) no activation. My friends 881/2 was home rigged with MSD where this feature was neglected, not good in case of an accident.
